What if I only get some of my items?
Please refer to your order information page.
Since items may ship from different locations and/or your order may have a combination of custom made and in-stock items, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and items ordered, but usually arrive within 5-10 business days of order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or otherwise noted in the product description.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
Please email us at shop.concierge[at]immersiveemporium.shop within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and details so we can make it right.
Can I exchange for a different item or size?
Exchanges are only possible if approved due to a defect or error. Otherwise, we recommend placing a new order.
Are there any items that can never be returned?
Yes. Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable.
How do refunds work?
If a return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
